Regina’s Round Table Episode #005
Found and COO of Heritage Distilling Company, Jennifer Steifel sat down with me last week.
Jennifer and her husband Justin opened Heritage 7 years ago and have since grown it to a bustling, award winning, and successful brand.
You can’t go to many grocery stores or do much driving around without seeing their logo.
Listen as Jennifer talks about her role in that growth and balancing it all out with a loving marriage and 3 busy children.
Regina’s Round Table Episode #004
Hilary Bailey Burnett invited us into her Seattle store for this edition of Regina’s Round Table and boy, was this a treat. I felt like Hilary was speaking my language, so I hope you enjoy it too.
Hilary Bailey Burnett opens up about how a few major decisions and life changes, brought her to the place of “doing hard things”. Her insight of putting her relationship with her husband of 34 years before the needs of her 4 children is a breath of fresh air and something that me and my husband strive to do as well.
She talks about transitioning her life and becoming a business owner at the young age of 56, and inspires us to also take leaps.
Hilary is what I would describe as the definition of a “classy” woman. She is kind, confident, beautiful, stylish, and communicates in a way that makes you feel comfortable and not less then.
I hope you enjoy this conversation with Hilary. Make sure to stop by her amazing store, next time you are in Pioneer Square.

Regina’s Round Table Episode #003
I had the honor of having Leslie Mayne out to the Studio earlier this month.
Leslie opens up about our journey of finding her voice after losing her son Kyle, age 27 of an overdose. Kyle was an army veteran who had received treatment for PTSD at the VA for 5 months. One day after he was told “he was taking up a bed, and should go home and self medicate”, he was found dead in his hotel room of an overdose.
Leslie opens up about the heartbreaking year following his death, where she struggles with the grief of losing a child. With a community and circle of love around her, she and her youngest son set out on a sole searching journey. That journey leads her to her own “rock bottom” life event, that you will want to hear in her own words.
We laugh, we cry, we get real.
If you have ever lost a love one or have ever dealt with depression and suicide yourself, please watch.

Regina’s Round Table Episode #002
Episode #002 of Regina’s Round Table. In this episode I chat with local real estate agent, mother of 3 girls (like me), and LEO wife (life me). We chat about all mom/work/life/stuff. Amy is a bright light in the day and always a joy to be around. It was great to sit down and talk.
Regina’s Round Table Episode #001
Check out the full video of my interview with local badass moms and business owners Kim Camuso and Jamie Mullen. We laugh a lot, but also get into mom guilt, balance of working, how much we work, what we enjoy doing the most and how the heck we got here in the first place. Enjoy.
